MACHINIST/OPERATORS – ALL LOCATIONS
CNC Mill/Lathe, Manual Mill, Engine Lathe, Vertical and Horizontal NC Mill, VTL. Three-five years experience; set up own jobs and able to modify programs a plus.
CNC PROGRAMMER – BRENHAM, TX
CAD/CAM programming experience; machining experience desirable; programming in machine language (Geometric Code).
QUALITY INSPECTOR – BRENHAM, TX
Minimum of one year in Quality lab; familiar with metrology such as gages, surface plates, optical equipment, and calibration systems; and basic understanding of technical drawings.
QUALITY ENGINEER – BRENHAM, TX
The Quality Engineer is responsible for monitoring quality levels and providing leadership for continuous improvement initiatives. Must be knowledgeable in GD&T, ability to interpret Customer drawings & specifications, and knowledgeable of basic shop math, geometry & trigonometry. Required education: BS (or Associates) degree in a related technical field, or the equivalent in industry experience, education and training.
ASSEMBLERS – BRENHAM, TX
Will train; knowledge of hand tools a must.
MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – BRENHAM, TX
Five years experience in manufacturing environment; experience troubleshooting CNC machines.
MANUFACTURING ENGINEER – BRENHAM, TX
Five years machine shop experience or education and experience equivalent; knowledge of lean manufacturing; thorough knowledge of CAD/CAM systems.
MANUFACTURER SCHEDULER – BRENHAM, TX
Three to five years experience of scheduling machine shop operations; three to five years experience of expediting.
MACHINIST/OPERATORs - MALAYSIA
CNC Milling and Turning, Manual Mill, Vertical and Horizontal NC Mill, VTL. Three-five years experience; set up own jobs and able to modify programs a big plus.
CNC PROGRAMMER - MALAYSIA
CAD/CAM programming experience; machining experience desirable; programming in machine language (Geometric Code). Five years experience with 4-Axis programming a must; 5-Axis a plus. Good working knowledge of MasterCam X4 and Esprit software. Knowledge of tooling and figuring a must.
